The Vice President Legal, General Counsel & Secretary is responsible for planning and directing all legal aspects, including strategic and tactical initiatives of the OCI family of Companies in the U.S. This includes all legal affairs and ensuring maximum protection of the organization’s legal rights. Leads and coordinates the defense of the organization in lawsuits and the prosecution of lawsuits on behalf of the organization against others. Provides effective advice on the OCI strategies and their implementation, at all levels. Manages the Legal Department and obtains and oversees the work of internal team members and outside counsel.
