*Provide compliance and legal advice as apart of Company’s strategic planning process, including the development of new products, programs, and technology for originations and servicing activities from development to implementation. *Plan, develop, monitor, revise, and implement compliance initiatives in response to changes in the law; consults with various representatives, both internal and external, as necessary, to ensure compliance program effectiveness. *Develop strong professional relationships with all executives, business leadership, and stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding of compliance and legal requirements.
