*Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including end user licenses, SaaS software licenses, SOWs, and strategic partnership and software reseller agreements. *Provide legal support for the maintenance of the Company’s subsidiaries and for corporate transactions, including any debt or equity transactions undertaken by the Company. *Assist with mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions in all stages, from performing due diligence, drafting and negotiating term sheets and definitive transaction documentation, and supporting closing transactions and post-closing integration. $160,000 – $190,000
