*Conduct statutory, regulatory or factual research and analysis with respect to import/export and international trade matters including export classification, tariff classification, valuation, duty drawback, duty savings opportunities, monitor Sections 232 and 301 trade barriers, participation in preferential trade programs, country of origin, entry requirements, scope and application of applicable antidumping or countervailing duty orders, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Department of Commerce automated systems, post entry audits and filings, sanctions and export controls, supply chain security (CTPAT) initiatives, and other matters handled by the Trade Compliance Department. *Work in concert with the Trade Compliance Department to mitigate risks for the company by providing advice and feedback to the development and implementation of trade compliance solutions.
