*Review and analyze contracts received from internal customers or counterparties to determine adequacy of terms & conditions, contract form and representations; identify key issues and potential problems and develop/negotiate resolutions, and shepherd contracts through internal approval processes; all to ensure prudent business decisions and minimize risk. *Draft contracts, leases and other documents requested by internal sales, business or operations personnel to meet operational needs; interact with all interested parties to ensure the contract reflects the business terms negotiated; identify key issues and potential problems and develop/negotiate resolutions. *Perform contract management functions to ensure compliance with company policies, ensure compliance with contract terms, meet contract milestones, analyze contract performance and provide statistical analysis and reporting.
