*report to the Global Legal Head of Executive Compensation and Benefits and will be a member of a global team of lawyers focused on executive compensation, benefits and related tax issues. *support the Human Resources Compensation and Benefits departments in the design, maintenance and compliance of benefit plans, short and long-term incentive plans, equity compensation, and deferred compensation plans.  *Responsibilities will include advice on qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, ERISA fiduciary and pension investment issues, tax issues such as IRC 409A, and compensation and benefits related work on corporate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings.
