*Provide legal services and counsel to all company business units, including teams in sales, client services, human capital, technology, and analytics across the United Sates, Bermuda, United Kingdom and Europe while building relationships with company colleagues and external counsel in those countries. *Work closely with the General Counsel to advise on legal, compliance and regulatory matters for company and its affiliates, including developing a working understanding of U.S., U.K., Bermuda, and European law impacting the organization. *Develop a strong working knowledge of employment law regulations, employment practices, employee contracts, and other legal and compliance subject matters related to employment law matters through on the job experience and working closely with strong external counsel.
