The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for leading the contracting function, including managing day-to-day contracting needs, and leading legal operations. This position will report to the General Counsel. *Lead the contracting function, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, MTAs, CTAs, NDAs, various vendor agreements, consulting agreements, clinical CRO agreements, manufacturing agreements, license agreements, and software licenses). *Lead contracts process and contracts management system and educate internal clients.
