*Working closely with company’s corporate development team and other functional groups in all stages of M&A transactions, including pipeline review, NDAs, structuring transactions, drafting term sheets, running deal processes, performing due diligence, negotiating definitive documentation, assisting on regulatory filings, and signing and closing deals. *Coordinate and manage the legal integration of acquired businesses to drive development and execution of a detailed integration plan for each acquisition, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, labor and employment, intellectual property, data privacy, litigation/disputes, and much more, all while accounting for unique business objectives, challenges and complexities of an acquired business.
