*Seeking a reliable and proactive commercial counsel with a minimum of five years’ experience and training in a reputable commercial transactions law practice or an in-house legal department of a reputable company. *will be heavily involved in the entire contract lifecycle and in supporting and furthering the objectives of the Legal Department of a rapidly growing company. *would be ideal for someone looking for an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial high growth company. *Primary responsibilities will be to support the Legal Department on a growing volume of contracts and transactions review and drafting, related diligence, and the required record keeping and administration.
