*Represent company’s interests in a wide variety of related operational areas, including but not limited to Procurement, Risk Management, Real Estate and Construction, Labor Relations and Employment, by providing timely legal advice and counsel, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and by anticipating issues and estimating risks strategically. *Perform the duties of the General Counsel in his/her absence and represents the General Counsel at external meetings, task forces, working groups or committees as needed. Coordinates activities of importance, tracks priority issues and ensures proper follow-up. *Assist General Counsel in establishing and structuring the functions of the newly created company Office of the General Counsel.
