*Provide strategic advice to divisional teams and DRE on regulatory matters and compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, including in the areas of product classifications (including but not limited digital products), registrations and listings, clearance and approval (including clinical data collection), advertising and promotion, product lifecycle management, and post-marketing surveillance. *Collaborate and communicate regularly with colleagues, management and outside counsel, ensuring to involve all critical stakeholders from applicable division(s), region(s), and COEs, in order to successfully navigate a highly matrixed environment. *Draft, implement, address and provide training and education on violations of legal and compliance policies designed to help ensure company complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
