*Administers company contract review and approval processes, identifying process and guideline improvements. *Assists the Senior Transactions Counsel for Biossance in drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements for the Biossance business; including vendor/service provider agreements, distribution and supply agreements, software licenses, agreements related to sales, marketing and advertising, and influencer agreements. *Negotiates and drafts physical operational agreements (real estate, events, health/safety), NDAs, material transfer agreements, and research agreements.
