*Fully support his/her direct report and work closely with COE teams to provide legal and compliance related advice, counseling and trainings (with a focus on corporate affairs, anti-trust laws, data privacy laws, third parties management, ITC, IPR, and alike) to business teams and functional departments. *Lead corporate restructuring projects such as the on-going OECC capital increase. *Independently handle OCL non-Sig case investigations and help with DPC work. *Maintain sound corporate governance of OCL entities such as company registration, board meetings and board minutes.
