*experienced and analytical Vice President & Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Corporate Services Group. *responsible for managing a broad range of corporate legal matters, providing strategic and timely legal advice to the General Counsel and other senior managers. *Responsible for negotiation of third-party services agreements, licenses and other related contracts in connection with the acquisition of technology-related products, contract management, providing legal guidance and assistance in vendor risk management of technology service providers, advising business units on legal and compliance risks associated with outsourcing certain operational banking functions to a third party or by using third-party products and services, corporate transactions including, commercial lending, legal and regulatory compliance and investigations, corporate governance, securities law matters, and employment and related litigation matters.
