*Prepare, review, and finalize certain routine contracts utilizing internal templates; act as primary point of contact within the Legal Department for clients and other internal stakeholders with respect to these contracts; and adhere to departmental guidance in working independently to identify and address routine contractual issues and collaboratively with attorneys to identify and address other issues. *Support attorneys working on custom or heavily-negotiated contract matters by drafting or reviewing contractual language at the direction of attorneys and preparing/sending drafts, redlines and execution copies to/for attorneys, clients or other internal stakeholders. $86,160 – $120,000
