*Partner with one or more company business units, including Fleet & Mobility, or functional groups, including Global Procurement (each, a “Business Unit” or “BU”), to draft, review and negotiate a diverse array of commercial transaction and business agreements, including contracts with clients, suppliers, and other business partners in North America. *Actively support BU management teams relative to their legal needs, and avoidance or reduction of legal risk, including proactive advice and preventative measures. *Support the collaboration with BU stakeholders to develop and implement new fleet management products and programs relevant to emerging and/or rapidly evolving sectors within the automotive industry, such as EVs, autonomous vehicles, and connected and shared cars.
