*Develop and administer commercial contracts for the heating and location and inspection products and related services, including training, under the limited direction of the Group General Counsel and in coordination with the business leaders, management, finance and the SPX legal department. Including, but not limited to, for example: *Work directly with Sales Directors and Managers to develop and amend Sales Representative Agreements and Manufacturer’s Representative Agreements. *Work directly with Managers, Directors, and Corporate Executives to draft Master Service and Supply Agreements, NDAs, Master Consulting Agreements, Field Testing Agreements, and Subcontractor Agreements.
