The General Counsel will oversee daily blocking and tackling including contract review (particularly rights and obligations underneath the contracts), legal maintenance for all public disclosures, circulars and state filings, routine regulatory filings and compliance matters. This individual will partner closely with outside counsel holding them to account on budget and proactively presenting the spectrum of tradeoffs on any given topic – delivering proposed courses of action for them to validate.
