* responsible for advising business clients on a number of aftersales related issues including but not limited to: dealer sales audits, dealer warranty audits, dealer requests for increases in labor and parts reimbursement rates, audit findings of potential dealer fraud, dealer fraud avoidance and investigation, customer complaints re dealers and the aftersales process, and all aspects of our parts distribution centers. *responsible for assigning and managing outside counsel; advising internal business clients; attending trials, hearings, and depositions as needed; recommending and implementing case strategies; managing the assigned budget for all matters; and reporting to management as appropriate on the status of matters.
