*Provide legal advice on privacy and information security matters to other Legal Team members and cross-functional teams, including review of Data Privacy Agreements for commercial teams. *Work with the Information Security team to maintain and grow the data privacy governance program, including drafting and updating relevant internal privacy policies for company and affiliated entities and advising on appropriate privacy controls, risk mitigation options, and compliance strategies. *Ensure appropriate Privacy (Individual Rights, Data Retention, Third-Party Data Sharing, Audit & Monitoring, etc.) and Compliance (anti-corruption, trade sanctions/OFAC risks) controls are incorporated into the organization.
