Company seeks a highly qualified in-house General Counsel to oversee and advise on all legal matters and transactions, guide our defense against prospective or pending claims and monitor applicable legal, regulatory and compliance developments. They will advise ownership on strategic initiatives, prepare and review legal documents, negotiate the terms and conditions of transactions and ensure legal compliance regarding mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and portfolio transaction activity. This position will oversee compliance with corporate governance and establish the prudence of defending lawsuits. Superb negotiation and analytical skills are necessary. General Counsel is expected to display influential decision-making with superb research and communication skills
