Legal Department seeks a highly skilled Assistant General Counsel with 5-7 years of finance and real estate experience who will provide legal counsel to personnel and assure that business operations are conducted within established legal constraints. The qualified candidate will be integrally involved with financing transactions, including real estate and fleet financing and real estate acquisitions; management of the corporate subsidiary maintenance program throughout U.S. and Canada; tax matters; management of inter-company agreements; communication with vendors, outside counsel, internal legal staff, and management.
