*Partner with the division’s Distribution, Product and Operations teams to draft, negotiate, and manage both routine and moderately complex transactions, including RFP responses, administration agreements, employer services agreements, agent/broker compensation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, business-specific vendor agreements, and various other agreements. *Partner with the Wealth Solutions Compliance team to respond to regulatory and consumer complaints, and to research, analyze and interpret proposed statutes and regulations. *Provide a business-sensitive, value-added approach to the delivery of high-quality work product and adequate legal controls, on a timely basis
