Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Legal will be responsible for all of the Company’s legal work as well as oversight of the company’s risk management, compliance, corporate/board governance, contracts and licensing/credentialing. You will provide guidance and counsel to leaders of all levels on business transactions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have corporate legal experience, is an empathetic and ambitious manager, and has a familiarity with regulatory work.
