*provide counsel and guidance in support of commercial sales transactions. *Primary responsibilities include preparing, negotiating, and managing commercial sales contracts and related legal documents in support of direct sales and indirect channel partner sales transactions. In addition, this role is responsible for similar agreements and documents for purchases of products and services by the company. *The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience supporting commercial sales transactions, preferably for a global corporation selling telecommunication productions and services to telecommunication carriers and enterprise customers.
