*Provide advice with respect to legal issues related to the development and implementation of our business strategy, compliance, governance policies, employment law, marketing and advertising, intellectual property, corporate and regulatory filings, corporate structure and other corporate issues as required. *Be responsible for the delivery of practical, timely and expert legal advice and guidance to the executive management team, heads of department and key internal and external stakeholders with respect to legal, risk and compliance issues related to the development and execution of company’s and its subsidiaries’ business strategy. *Counsel on both the legal and business ramifications of significant strategic imperatives, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and financings
