*Serve as organization’s attorney, including: provide legal counsel to the Executive Vice President and company Senior Officers on association management issues; research and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the Association; review contracts; manage internal bylaws and policies; and conduct some employee and member training; prepare and respond to correspondence regarding legal issues or demands involving the association’s activities and, when necessary, initiate or defend company in litigation. *Manage the company Legal Department, including an Associate General Counsel and paralegal: *Perform legal and general research and independently draft legal briefs, legal research memorandums and rule review memorandums; $140,000.00 to $170,000.00
