*reporting to an Assistant General Counsel, you will provide day-to-day counsel and support to company’s animal nutrition business unit on a wide range of transactional commercial legal issues aimed to minimize risk and exposure to the company. *Significant responsibility to draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including manufacturing, supply, sales, distribution (domestic and international), licensing and warehousing. *advise clients and/or manage outside counsel on a wide range of legal issues including antitrust, data privacy, international law, regulatory and e-commerce.
