*Review, draft, amend and redline construction contracts, subcontracts, and sub-subcontracts including, but not limited to, master service agreements, master supplier agreements, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, purchase contracts, commercial leases, and/or non-disclosure agreements. *Manage negotiation process for contracts, tracking all changes to negotiated documents, and preparing final documents for execution. *Organize, create and present training materials for project managers and support teams as they relate to legal processes and procedures. *Provide presentations with respect to contract administration including preferable contract language, risk assessment and mitigation, and other best practices.
