*work closely with members of the strategy, finance, and corporate business teams on mergers & acquisitions, capital and credit market transaction, public company and securities law compliance, and other general corporate matters, as needed. *Drive strategic execution of global business strategy by leading global mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate venturing, divestitures and other complex projects, including guiding multidisciplinary teams through negotiation, due diligence, and post-closing integration to create long-term shareholder value for the Company; assist in the creation of a global legal center of excellence to identify, externally benchmark, improve, and drive adoption of best practices in this area.
