*Lead the global Legal teams for EO&T and, additionally, act as a senior management reporting and escalation line for the enterprise legal team supporting company Realty Services (CRS), providing legal advice and guidance on all relevant matters. *Play an active role in career development and people-related matters across Legal, including a direct role in talent review, promotion, ratings, and compensation. *Act as a strategic business partner to EO&T and CRS seniors and key advisor to business stakeholders, functional partners (e.g., Risk, Compliance) and senior Department colleagues (including LMC members) on legal issues and risk, including in relation to company’s significant expenditures review requirements $275,000.00 – $500,000.00
