*Work directly with the company’s general counsel, C-level executives, and outside legal and accounting advisors on legal matters. *Manage deal process across four funds (acquisitions, development, mezzanine debt, and a legacy fund), including the negotiation and drafting of corporate contracts, partnership agreements, purchase agreements and commercial agreements, as well as equity and debt capital market transaction documents. *Fund management and structuring, including assisting with and preparing necessary documentation for capital calls, fund level lines of credit, co-GP/JV arrangements, qualified opportunity zone business structures and tax efficient restructurings.
