*Transactional support (i.e., contract structuring, drafting and negotiation) across a variety of business units, with particular focus on gambling-related licensing transactions (e.g., sponsorships, consumer products, content distribution). *Manage the League’s portfolio of policies governing League and club commercial activities in sensitive and emerging categories (e.g., gambling, blockchain, alcohol), including identifying desirable policy updates in consultation with relevant League departments and driving consensus across key stakeholders throughout the League and clubs; presenting proposed policy updates to senior management; drafting and implementing new policies and policy changes; supporting clubs and internal business units with policy interpretation and compliance. *Serve as key point of contact for club counsel on commercial policy matters and related transactions. $245,000- $260,000
