*Design, create and implement a global, strategic roadmap for enterprise labor and employment legal needs for a 24,000+ employee, global, multinational company. *Develop and devise best practices, tools, guidelines, programs, training, and solutions that can be efficiently implemented across multiple operating companies and geographies and empowers regional legal teams and HR business partners to address ongoing employment counseling needs. *Identify and assess legal risks within the labor and employment area and partner with internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, employment-related policies, guidelines, and processes for compliance in the highest risk areas (global wage and hour, co-employment, remote work, classification, works council, discrimination, etc.) and meet other strategic objectives.
