*focused on supporting complex, custom mortgage transactions for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals who often structure credit through trusts and other investment vehicles (partnerships, LLCs, etc.). *Success is defined by the ability to make risk assessments and prioritize work in line with the Bank’s risk tolerance; and to communicate legal and business risk advice effectively to all partners in the mortgage life cycle (including client-facing teams, underwriters, compliance partners, outside counsel, and senior executives) so that escalations are swift and decisions are informed. *Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage origination rules and regulations is required and some experience with mortgage servicing rules and regulations is an asset.
