*Manage and maintain an effective compliance program and internal controls to ensure prevention and detection of violations of law, regulations, organization policies, and our Code of Conduct. *Coordinate resources and monitor day-to-day compliance activities; consult with business teams, legal area experts, and external resources; and maintain and supplement the Company’s Code of Conduct and other related policies, to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the compliance program. *Maintain and administer the Company’s Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, and Company policies, including centralized management of Company policies owned by other functional areas.
