*Reporting directly to the Chief Export Counsel, the Director – North America Export Licensing will be a trusted partner and key advisor for our Export Controls program, with specific emphasis to ensure company has a best-in-class program for obtaining and managing export authorizations in the United States and Canada. *manages a team comprised of 15+ export compliance officers (ECOs) working in multiple sites across the United States and Canada. *supports all business segments and functions within the company and handles export authorizations under the US Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations, the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and applicable Canadian government export regulations.
