The Chief Legal Officer candidate will be responsible for and oversee all legal matters related to company, contributing to the fulfillment of our mission by protecting the legal interest of the organization and its related businesses and entities. The CLO provides legal advice to the full breadth of clients across the enterprise including research and draft agreements and legal memoranda, negotiate transactions and agreements, oversee the assignment of matters.
