*senior attorney to join the Asset Management, Portfolio Investments Legal team supporting the company High Income and Alternatives Division.  *provide counsel to High Income and Alternatives Division in relation to the legal and regulatory issues associated with investments made and transactions entered into on behalf of company’s funds and clients, with a particular emphasis on supporting the new Direct Lending Group.  *Provide all aspects of legal support to new direct lending platform and, on an as needed basis, support other assets classes, including distressed debt, special situation and real estate investments.
