*advising on transaction structures and business models, assisting with the preparation and negotiation of term sheets, and the preparation and negotiation of deal documents. *work with the business leaders to develop new forms of go to market for the Company, whether that be through integrated joint marketing transactions, bundled offerings, joint ventures or distribution and reseller arrangements.  *Must have experience with leading and developing new go-to market business models and bespoke arrangement for a Company and developing legal templates to support those models.
