*working in close collaboration with the Office of Technology Transfer and Business Development, the Innovation Institute, and the administration, will be responsible for providing legal advice regarding intellectual property, technology and data use, internet law, copyright and computer privacy issues. *focus on complex transactional matters arising out of the innovation and entrepreneurship activities and online education initiatives at the university and will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and advising on a variety of licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial agreements with IP provisions.
