Company is hiring a Vice President & General Counsel, who will be a key member of the executive leadership team.  They will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and the executive leadership team.  They will have direct responsibility for the management, development and operations of the Legal and Compliance departments and oversee the insurance portfolio.  The Vice President & General Counsel will provide advice to the CEO and executive team to ensure business dealings, practices and policies meet the needs and objectives of the business, while managing legal risk and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
