*Draft and review all legal matters during the course of production, including evaluating rights issues, reviewing content for copyright, trademark, and defamation risks as well as standards and practices compliance, advising on guild issues, and overseeing outside production counsel. *Analyze and interpret contracts and provide thoughtful legal advice on potential risks and issues in a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property. *Work closely with members of the studio business affairs team to draft and negotiate guild and non-guild agreements for writer, director, talent, test option, executive producer, crew, location agreements, clip licenses, materials releases, equipment rentals and other related production agreements.
