The ideal candidate will lead corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives, provide senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, ensure adherence to state, federal, and international laws, treaties and regulations – all to minimize risk while optimizing the legal processes in support of key business objectives.
