An exceptional corporate counsel to join its M&A legal team and support the company’s corporate development efforts. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s M&A, investment and other corporate development activities, including the due diligence process, negotiation of term sheets and definitive transaction agreements as well as M&A playbooks and related support projects. As corporate counsel you will also help support antitrust compliance efforts and other general corporate matters.
