General Counsel reports to the executive director and provides legal advice to organization and its affiliates, and to the board of directors, management team and staff. While most of the General Counsel’s time is spent closing affordable housing transactions, the General Counsel will also be responsible for fulfilling certain other duties with respect to ongoing compliance and supervision.
