*Serve as a legal leader, providing day-to-day counsel, recommendations, and advise to members of the Solution Business Line. *Draft, review, and negotiate project contracts with customers in multiple jurisdictions for company’s Low Carbons Solution Business Line (which includes reviewing contract terms and conditions, pricing/payment schedules, scope of work, project procedures and execution schedules on lump sum, unit rate and reimbursable contract models) for projects ranging from several million to several billion dollars in value. *Represent company and the S&G function as a leader of people and culture.
