*Provide legal advice and counsel to organization and business leaders on a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to, general healthcare law (Stark Law, anti-kickback statutes, patient issues, and fraud and abuse laws), facility licensure, data privacy and security, risk management, regulatory and compliance issues, business initiatives and transactions, and contract matters. *Provide representation in Medicare and Medicaid appeals and other litigation as assigned. *Manage the contracting process for company and related entities, including contract review, drafting, negotiation and execution.
