*Provide risk assessments to the business unit on proposed business transactions such as contracts and terms and conditions documents. *Ensure a consistent application of minimum company legal requirements in these documents. *Work with the company legal team to review contractual documents and generate position statements and compliance matrices for proposed business transactions. *Provide support to Sales and Procurement teams in the negotiation of contracts and acceptance of purchase orders.
